Day 1 Guatemala - Antigua
Airport pick up and transfer to the charming city of Antigua in private transportation.  Night in Antigua.

Day 2 Antigua - Chichicastenango
At 9:00 a.m.  we start with the city tour of the beautiful city of Antigua, Antigua sits in a highland valley (1,500 meters) overlook by the spectacular Agua Volcano, you can also see a couple more volcanos Acatenango and Fuego . 

The city tour will include: Central Park, The Cathedral, University of San Carlos, San Francisco Church, The ruins of Capuchinas, Casa Santo Domingo,  a Jade and Silver factory . Depart from Antigua to Chichicastenango (or Santo Tomas Chichicastenango) located about 87 miles from the city of Guatemala.   Night in Chichicastenango.

Day  3  Chichicastenango – Guatemala
Free time to explore the most colorful native marked in North and Central America.  Vendors from all over Guatemala come to this market to offer their products in their own personal cacophony of color, dialects and costumes.  We will also visit the 400 years old church of  Santo Tomas Church.  Afternoon departure to Guatemala city and transfer to hotel in Guatemala.

Day  4 Guatemala– Tikal – GuatemalaOur guide will pick you up from the airport in Flores and transfer you to Tikal ruins (1 hour approx.),  Tikal is the largest of the ancient ruined cities of the Maya Civilization, built around 600 B.C., located in the department of Peten and considered Unesco Worl Heritage Site.  Tikal was once a wealthy metropolis of 100,000 inhabitants with more than 3,000 structures that include: palaces, ball courts,  temples, plazas, avenues, steam baths, and ceremonial platforms.  You will be able to observe birds like toucans, hummingbirds, parrots, scarlet macaws, etc.  you will also see monkeys running from tree to tree.  A really unforgettable experience in the Tikal National Park.   Transfer to Flores for your flight to Guatemala city.  Night in Guatemala.

Day 5  Guatemala
Transfer to airport for your flight to your next destination.
